We process personal data under one or more of the following bases: (a) Consent, (b) Performance of a contract, (c) Legal obligation, (d) Legitimate interests.
4. When do we share your information?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site (e.g. hosting, payment processors)
- Google LLC (analytics)
Each provider is bound by contract to keep your data confidential and secure.
4A. SMS & phone contact data
When you supply a mobile number to receive updates or promotions, we treat it as consented contact information under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC’s 2024 Robotext Rules. You will only receive the messages you asked for, and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number. All data categories described in this policy exclude “text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.” That information is used solely to transmit the requested messages and will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing.
If we use a text-message service provider (e.g. Twilio) the provider acts only on our instructions and cannot use your number for anything else.
